Executive Assistant - We're seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the President and the management team and contribute to our continued success. The Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the President. This role involves working side-by-side with the President on Business Development, client recruitment, and acting as a liaison between clients and company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Marketing and Business Development tracking and follow-up actions.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the President.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized files and records, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
  • Collaborate, support, and provide information to all levels of staff.

Qualifications::

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and use company designed software for marketing and business development activities.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of the Direct Mail Industry and Non-Profit organizations helpful.

Northern Virginia direct response fundraising agency with 40-plus years of service seeks an experienced, talented and committed Production Coordinator to serve conservative advocacy clients and candidates as well as historical museums, animal welfare, and other non-profit clients.

Looking for a career change? We’ve found that CSRs and Account Managers from printing companies or mail houses are a great fit for this position!

Experience with direct mail, printers, mailers, list brokers and computer service bureaus required. Software skills must include Word and Quark, and knowledge of Photoshop would be greatly helpful in this position. Experience with Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign and HTML would be a plus. Duties include working closely with creative team to create effective, break-the-bank fund appeals, coordinate print mailings, and adhere to mailing schedules.
