Rapha joined the Fund Raising Strategies team in March 2022 after working as a digital marketing specialist with the St Mary’s College of Maryland where he designed and executed global marketing and fundraising campaigns across content platforms. He leads digital strategy engagements, particularly for Fundraising and Marketing functions in nonprofit, political and consumer industries. He has a passion for digital media and a proven track record of working with nonprofit and Christian organizations to raise funds to meet their goals.
On the personal side, he is a curious guy who loves traveling, reading books, swimming, and running.
Regardless of the scope, he always loves to grow a positive team culture, motivating himself and the people around him to perform at their best in every situation.
