| William D. Griffiths, Chief Financial Officer
|

|
For more than a decade, Bill has led the resource planning
and cost reduction measures that help FRS maximize the return on our clients’ direct
mail programs. He has built our capability to forecast future client earnings
and the growth of their donor files. Bill also directs the FRS reporting
systems that give clients the information they need for financial management
and preparation of year-end reports.
For more than 30 years, Bill has improved the profitability and effectiveness
of businesses and government. He was Vice President of Operations and Corporate
Development at Nomadic Display -- the world’s leading maker of portable
exhibits for trade shows. At American Management Systems, he directed projects
for top Defense firms and the US Navy. As a Navy Supply Corps Officer, he
managed the finances and supplies of two warships, served in Viet Nam, and
was a Social Aide in the Nixon White House.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and his Master
of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill. He enjoys golf, loves lighthouses, and is an avid reader -- from history
and religion to Harry Potter.
Bill and his wife, Kay, have two daughters, Emily and Amanda. The Griffiths
family worships at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, and are active in community
and school activities.
